Diverse since day one,

G&B was founded in 2015 by a mixed-race person of color. The foundation of our company is rooted in a diversity of voices, colors, genders, ages and interest. We understand that we have a unique opportunity, to directly influence the hearts and minds of thousands, helping build a more equitable society, country and world. Today, our firm has an over 75% referral rate. We’ve grown because our diverse talent kept referring more diverse fashionistas, photographers, beauty bosses and travelers. Friends told friends, and we continued to add incredible creatives from a wide spectrum of backgrounds.

Our team puts forward our BIPOC talent on every single pitch. Our promise is to not only continue that practice, but make sure we’re connecting with and adding Black voices to staff, our executive team, and our roster. Clients will continue to count on us to bring truly diverse recommendations for every campaign, and we will push to see the receipts on actual inclusion in those campaigns.
