Founder & CEO

Kyle Hjelmeseth is the Founder and CEO of top-tier talent management agency G&B, which houses both the College of Influence and the Normalize Equality initiative. A self-made minority business owner, Hjelmeseth brings the full extent of his experience living as a mixed race individual to his work building media momentum around messages of diversity and inclusivity with his trademark solutions-driven attitude.

 

Under his leadership, G&B has successfully re-invented the talent management experience with integrity while creating a refreshingly diverse company culture, serving more than a hundred exclusive clients with a powerfully inclusive ethos that transforms influencers into influential people.

CRISTA FUNK

Vice President, Operations

Crista Funk serves as the Vice President of Operations at G&B Digital Management. She brings over 20 years of brand leadership experience from tenure at OPI, Yes To, Everyday Health, and more. She excels in brand strategy, organizational restructuring, and successful acquisitions, and is renowned for accelerating digital growth for celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Elizabeth Banks. 

AMANDA ACEVEDO

Assistant Director of Talent Management

Amanda Acevedo joined G&B in 2019. Amanda’s main focus before joining influencer marketing was luxury fashion sales and corporate recruitment. Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her deep commitment to the quality of experience for talent carries G&B’s founder’s vision of excellence to every part of the firm.

ANGIE COLEMAN

Sr. Talent Manager & Head of Recruitment

Angie Coleman joined G&B in 2020. Previously, she was a Divisional Merchandise Manager and sales team leader at Chloe + Isabel prior to becoming a talent manager at G&B. Angie’s innate ability to connect deeply with her talent made her a natural at recruitment and development of talent for G&B and is helping to lead the firm’s next wave of expansion.
